Narendra Modi the prime ministerial candidate of
Bhartiya Janta Party will address a big rally at Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh today around 12:30PM. The BJP administration named all rallies as “VIjay Shankhnaad Raily”.
However, the Bahraich district administration gave conditional permission for the raily on the ground.
The security factor of this rally is important in terms of any attack. The NSG ( National Security Guard Of India ) is checking all security measures on the various entry and exit points of bahraich district in Uttar Pradesh.

After the serial blasts in the rally of Patna, the captured terrorist confessed that the Narendra Modi is on the target. So, taking a wise decision the district administration of Bahraich has not provided all clear certificate to BJP leaders because of several mistakes in security on the ground.
They gave conditional permission on Thursday and ordered to correct some security measures. The BJP leaders have been asked to get the helipad prepared on Thursday and to get it cleared by the security agencies on the day itself, City Magistrate Hari Ram Singh said. They have also been asked to extend the cordoned off area of the dais from four feets to seven feets.
Earlier, Kinjal Singh the district magistrate not issued permission for the rally on that ground, saying the party organizers had not made a full preparations according to the security norms of the
Gujarat Chief Minister.
In terms of the security, the multilevel security systems are applied on the spot by the security agencies including the NSG. PAC, 4 SP, 8 DMs, 25 SDMs, 800 home guard troops and 100+
NSG commandos including the selected police officers from Gujarat Police are ready to control any situation. To keep an eye on the people's the hundreds of CCTV cameras are being deployed.
